Murphy's CHL Training goal is to make you aware and understand the responsibility it takes to conceal a firearm.
We have taken the steps to each have a DPS Certification to better serve you. This allows us to be able to continuously instruct the class without any interruptions.
As Texas CHL holders we know and teach the important concept of conceal carry, where you can carry, where you cannot carry, when you can use force and or Deadly force based on the Laws. LOGIC and Awareness are the two most important key elements to responsible Texas Concealed Carry. It is easy to teach a student to shoot; teaching you to be smart and making you aware of your surroundings is our preferred method, So as to make you a lesser target.
We encourage any and all to get thier TEXAS CHL if you are going to carry loaded handgun in your vehicle. I have had numerous requests about having a class on Legal aspect of a handgun in your home and vehicle. Our class is tailored to individuals who just want to know the Laws. The first 6 hours of my class include Use of Force and Deadly Force, Legal Aspects of concealed Carry, Non violent dispute resolution, Proper storage of firearms. There is always room for at least 6 people in my class for this service. Class fee for this would be $40.00. There will be No Range proficiency with this class.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
Like the millions of law abiding gun owners in America, we are peace loving people. I own firearms so that I can defend myself and my family, should that need arise.While I sincerely hope that I am never in the position of having to fire a gun in self defense, I rest easier at night knowing that I could stop a dangerous attacker, home invader if the need arose. I also rest easier knowing that my wife could stop a rapist or murderer, rather than becoming a victim. The simple fact is women are easier targets for the criminals. Nor is it justifiable to deprive law abiding citizens of their right to keep and bear arms for self defense.
